We are proud to have a wide range of partners that have contributed to our success. They are some of the most experienced, talented and forward thinking people that we know.
Edlen & Co
We share offices and work hand in hand with Edlen & Co. We build the technology and products, they find development projects that use our products.
Edlen & Co (the successor to Gerding Edlen Development) has a 25 year history in development, affordable housing and Public and Private Partnerships. Bob Gerding and Mark Edlen established the firm in 1996 with the goal of becoming the foremost urban mixed-use development firm and a national leader in sustainable design, construction and operation.
They have developed city-defining projects such as the Pearl District, the South Waterfront of Portland Oregon, as well as projects across the country totalling 7,000 residential units and 77 LEED-certified projects. Edlen & Co. continues this fine tradition with projects in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Utah and Hawaii.
ZGF
We working with ZGF to take the cost advantages of repeatable manufacturing and assembly to build beautiful indoor and outdoor environments that address human needs and represent the culture and values of the region in which the buildings integrate.
ZGF is an industry leader in sustainable and regenerative design. We embraced sustainable design as a core value long before “green” or “LEED” became common phrases. As stewards of the built environment, our applied research and learnings over the past 70 years allow us to invent new approaches that address urgent climate challenges in complex building types including laboratories, hospitals, learning spaces at colleges and universities, and corporate headquarters. Urban planning has influenced our work since the firm’s inception—we design buildings and cities that harness the opportunities of a carbon neutral future. Alongside this, we strengthen our clients’ ESG goals with design solutions that embody their mission, vision, and values.
Hoffman Construction
Hoffman Construction is a key partner in developing our end-to-end integrated Structure Assembly system that will radically reduce the total cost of ownership and improve the livability of built environments.
For 100 years, the Hoffman name has carried with it an expectation of an unrivaled can-do, does-do mentality. To willingly take on the big, the scary, the never-been-done-before. We thrive on challenges. We help people achieve their full potential. That’s just our way. As builders, we never rest on our laurels, but work every day to be the contractor that owners choose for their most important projects and their toughest challenges. We earn that trust by pushing the entire team to achieve their best, delivering on our promises, and constantly setting new industry standards for safety, quality, cost control, schedule, and sustainability.
KPFF Consulting Engineers
