Trang (pronounced “jang”) is a seasoned profession with over 20 years of experience successfully navigating difficult business situations. She worked at Intel in their Server Division delivering complex customers to some of the largest companies in the world. She subsequently has led startups, co-founded non-profits and consulted with organizations around the world in the area of supply chain, business operations, civic engagement and social causes.
Dave Chen
Dave is an experienced manager, investor and leader in technology and sustainability. He is currently the CEO of Equilibrium Capital, a global investment firm. We invest in and operate a portfolio of controlled environment agriculture, sustainable food, and waste2energy assets. We build scaled portfolios of climate adaptation and carbon transition infrastructure.
His interests include affordable housing sustainable finance, impact investing, scaling climate adaptation infrastructure, capital markets for impact, sustainability measures, building controlled environment agriculture and waste to energy innovations.
Rich Tong
Rich has had a long career helping companies take advantage of technology revolutions. He was an executive at Microsoft during the PC Revolution, helped usher in the mobile revolution working at Ignition Ventures and Qiming Ventures which ushered companies like Docusign, Xiaomi and many others. Finally, he’s been an co-founder of successful startups like Surround.io, a leader in computer vision and machine learning, eventually sold to Lear Corporation, a Tier-1 automotive supplier.
